Job Overview

The General Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of shipping and receiving, production, wholesale, and customer service divisions of the company along with overall office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the apparel industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for process improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Shipping and Receiving:
    • Manage and optimize the logistics of shipping and receiving to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Oversee inventory management and coordinate with production lead.
    • Implement and maintain tracking systems for inbound and outbound shipments.
    • Motivate to empower to meet deliverables for a smooth team working experience.
  • Production:
    • Oversee the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured on schedule and meet quality standards.
    • Collaborate with RR production teams and factories to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Wholesale:
    • Develop strategies with wholesale lead to expand wholesale distribution and increase sales.
    • Work with our in-house wholesale team to support wholesale initiatives to expand and grow distribution and strengthen established relationships.

  • Customer Service:
    • Lead the customer service team to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Develop and implement customer service policies and training programs.
  • Office Management:
    • Ensure smooth daily operations of the office, including facility management, employee supervision, and administrative support.
    • Maintain and observe office policies and procedures.
    • Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance.
    • Create and maintain office culture and a healthy work environment.
  • Startup Mentality:
    • Embrace a startup mentality and be willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute in all aspects of the company, from boxing and packing to strategic planning.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the apparel industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual speaker (Spanish) is a plus.
