Each piece is made with care and intention. Our team typically fulfills orders within a few days; however, due to high demand, please allow up to 3 weeks for fulfillment on select pieces.

We know waiting isn't always easy—but we promise your order will be worth it!

Expedited Shipping

Due to fulfillment timelines, expedited shipping is not available at checkout.

Our team works to fulfill orders as promptly as possible, expedited delivery cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at info@ripleyrader.com before placing your order so we can confirm eligibility, review timing, and share available expedited shipping options and associated costs.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Ripley Rader is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.

Customers who purchase package protection at checkout are eligible to file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments through the “optional package protection” selected at checkout.

If package protection is not selected at checkout:

• Replacement orders are not guaranteed
• Refunds for lost, stolen, or damaged packages cannot be guaranteed

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged item(s)

We recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and ensuring shipments are delivered to a secure location.

 

Promo Codes & Discounts

Promo codes and discount offers may be applied to eligible items unless otherwise stated.

Please note:

• Only one promo code may be used per order
• Promo codes are for one-time use only, unless otherwise specified
• Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has already been placed
• Certain items, including sale items and sample sale items, may be excluded from promotions
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

For exchanges, the original discount will be honored where applicable. However, if an item is returned for refund, the same promo code cannot be reused on a new order.

Ripley Rader reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from purchases made through this website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
