  • We recommend you familiarize yourself with our return policy before initiating a return with us.
  • For orders within the continental United States, we offer a prepaid label of $9.85 that will be deducted from your refund.
  • For orders placed on Instagram, Facebook and outside the continental US, please use our "Ship On Your Own" option.
  • Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
     

    Return Policy

    Ripley Rader gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online or by phone. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that wearing or using an incorrect item is considered an acceptance of the item and will make it ineligible for a return or exchange. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Upon the return of an item, you will forfeit any rewards applied on that purchase. When requesting a return, customers must ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the refund is duly processed by Ripley Rader. In the case that there are issues during the shipment of a return, a proof of postage is mandatory for the refund or exchange process.

    Returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy will not be accepted. If you have any questions about your return eligibility, feel free to contact our team.  

     

    Items Eligible for Return or Exchange:

    • Full-price and sale items in their original condition, with all tags attached, may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear fabric.
    • Baseball caps are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Items purchased at a store selling Ripley Rader merchandise can be returned only to that store.
    • If returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, the refund or exchange request will not be accepted.
       

      Refunds

      Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Ripley Rader will issue a refund to the original method of payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded.

       

      Exchanges

      Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Ripley Rader will ship your new, requested item within 3-5 business days. A confirmation and tracking information e-mail will be sent to you. Please send back your return item(s) as soon as possible to guarantee your exchange order. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment.
