Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Ripley Rader pieces. If a fit isn't perfect, items in their original, pristine condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached) are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Returns and exchanges can be initiated through our Return Portal.
To ensure your return is fully trackable, please use our Automated Return Portal to generate your prepaid shipping label.
- If using our automated portal: Your shipment is tracked digitally from the moment it is scanned by the carrier.
- If creating your own label: If you choose to bypass the portal and ship using your own carrier, you must retain and provide your physical proof-of-postage receipt to ensure our team can manually locate and verify your package upon arrival.

- Orders without package protection are not covered for lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries

Multiple orders may be returned in the same package if returns are initiated separately for each order and all return packing slips are included.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and must meet the following requirements:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or excessive lint/pet hair
Items showing signs of wear may be rejected by our Quality Control team.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains
- Bodily fluids or other hygiene-related staining
- Washed or altered garments
- Fabric damage or stretching
Because our garments are high-end investment pieces, items returned with clear signs of wear, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume scents, or biological stains do not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these rare instances, the return will be declined, and the item will be sent back to you. While trying on items is completely fine, items must be returned in original condition.
Please note:
- Baseball caps are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Perfumes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items purchased from another retailer or boutique carrying Ripley Rader merchandise must be returned directly to that store
- Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will be rejected
Rejected Returns
If a returned item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, the return or exchange request will be denied by our Quality Control team.
Please note:
- Rejected merchandise can be shipped back upon request but shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
- Ripley Rader does not provide complimentary return shipping labels for rejected returns
Exchanges
We offer two exchange options for eligible orders.
Instant Exchanges
Instant Exchanges allow you to place the order for your new item before returning your original item.
To place an Instant Exchange, a valid credit card is required at the time of the request. Your card will only be authorized to ensure the original item is returned within the required timeframe.
- Your original item must be shipped back within 10 days
- Once your original item is received and approved, the authorization will be released
- If the original item is not returned within 10 days, your card will be charged for the new item(s)
Please note:
- All exchanged items must still comply with our standard return eligibility requirements
- Orders still remain eligible for standard return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy
Standard Exchanges
Standard Exchanges are processed after your original return has been received and approved.
- Ship back your original item using the provided return instructions
- Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange order will be processed
If your requested exchange item becomes unavailable due to inventory changes, a refund will be automatically issued to your original method of payment.
Refunds
Once returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved, Ripley Rader will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
Please note:
- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Rewards or promotional discounts applied to the original order may be forfeited upon return
If returned with your own independent label, customers are encouraged to retain proof of postage until the return has been fully processed.
Additional Return Information
- Returns or exchanges requested outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted
- Wearing or using an incorrect item is considered acceptance of the merchandise and will make the item ineligible for return or exchange
- Ripley Rader reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy requirements
